YEMA Manufacture 1948
YEMA workshops are based in Morteau, the historic cradle of French watchmaking, just a few steps away from the Swiss watchmaking region. This cross-border watchmaking community concentrated along the Jura mountains has gradually transformed into a true regional watchmaking ecosystem recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO in 2020. YEMA now works with new local partners in France and Switzerland within a range of 72km of its Morteau based workshops, to secure a more responsible and higher quality production.
