The Watchmaking Community reunited in Geneva.

The mission of Time to Watches is to strengthen links between key players in the watchmaking community – in the very heart of its capital city – and to build bridges with the academic and cultural world. Hence the partnership with HEAD – Genève.

Art and Design

Urban and international, HEAD – Genève welcomes over 700 students from 40 different countries.

The school offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in fine arts, cinema, interior architecture, spatial design, visual communication, fashion, jewellery, watch and accessory design.

The HEAD Campus: an Industrial Setting Dedicated to Art and Design

As an academic and cultural institution, HEAD – Genève has forged close links with the local artistic community and economy.

The decision to create a campus in the heart of the city underscores the school’s commitment to establishing a centre of excellence for art and design.

Master’s in Watch Design

The Master’s programme is taught in partnership with watch manufacturers and experts from the watchmaking sector.

It covers all aspects of watch design: technical construction, advanced 3D rendering, research processes, design, marketing, branding, packaging, photography and strategic challenges, as well as trends and heritage issues relating to the watchmaking industry. It is the only Master’s of its kind in Switzerland.

HEAD – Genève is part of the HES-SO Geneva (University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Geneva), which comprises six schools offering internationally recognised university level degrees focusing on professional practice.
